Policies

• All reservations are pre-authorized, amount is temporary hold and there are no charges to the credit card yet
• Reservation is not confirmed until you receive a reservation code via SMS or email
• Cancellation of reservation must be done at least 24 hours before the reservation time
• Skillet reserves the right to charge your credit card in the event of no-show
• Cancellation must be done via the link provided or via phone
• Reservations may be modified or adjusted to meet Government Guidelines
